Leeds and Ivey Case Competitions – Great News!!

It is with great pleasure that we announce that two teams from HEC Montréal have qualified for the final round at the following competitions:

- Mehdi Chouaki, Ivan Levendyan, Vikram Marwah, and Patrice Vaillancourt will be attending the Leeds Net Impact Case Competition at the University of Colorado on February 17th and 18th. The competition will ask teams to prepare a plan for the event’s sponsor: Encana Oil & Gas.

- Samuel Ndayishimye, Savvas Pilarinos, and Reagan Yarema are one of only 12 teams qualified for the IBK Capital Ivey Business Plan Competition being held at the Richard Ivey School of Business on January 28th. Teams will be asked to present their 10-page business plans to a panel of industry experts.

We are glad to announce two new services offered by the AEMBA:

- AEMBA Mobile: we have integrated a mobile version of the AEMBA website optimized for touch phones. Visit http://hecaemba.org from your mobile phone.

- Wiggio Collaboration Tools: we are also pleased to offer a global collaboration tool that will include all full-time students divided into subgroups (class, team). Reminder – Process change to reserve a room at HEC

Please note that since September 30, there have been changes in the HEC rooms and booths reservation process.

- The approval of room reservation requests will be conducted every morning before 10:00AM from Monday to Friday. All reservation requests made after 10:00AM will be processed the next morning.

- To reserve a booth, you must now send your request to kiosque©hec•ca. These requests must be made at least one week in advance.
