After completing a History degree at University of King’s College and Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Stuart Pattillo spent a year in Australia working on cattle ranches and meat processing houses in rural Australia before returning back to his native Calgary, Alberta. Stuart worked with a start-up beef operation as an account manager in the sales and trading group before applying his skills in the energy field. He spent the last 3 and a half years working as a commodity trader for a Canadian bank in Calgary. The MBA programme at HEC Montreal provides Stuart with the opportunity to improve his French while studying in one of Canada’s most remarkable cities. As VP Finance Stuart is looking forward to giving back to the school. Amongst professional and academic pursuits he is also an avid skier and runner and enjoys the odd foray into the Arts.

Born in the heart of the beautiful Eastern Townships at Hôpital St-Vincent-de-Paul. Charles grew up to be a fine young man, who ended up studying Computer Engineering at Université de Sherbrooke. In the cold winter of 2006, Charles moved to Montreal where he worked for an up-and-coming, fast-paced, dynamic, double-digit growth Montreal-based software company, first in Sales and Marketing, and then in Product Management. 2012 is a big year for Charles with big dreams and big goals. Though Charles is referred here in the third person, he’s very approachable do not hesitate to have a chat with him.
Christopher-David Wienand

Christopher was born and raised in Ottawa. He completed his Bachelor degree at Carleton University. Chris spent the last six years working for a Canadian distributor of consumer goods, initially in a sales capacity and later in sourcing. He spent three years coordinating sourcing activities in Southern China before deciding to return to Canada and ultimately pursuing his MBA at HEC.
Natalie Ryan

Natalie grew up in the Ottawa region. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, History and International Relations from Bishop’s University. Natalie has spent the past 6 years working in the nonprofit sector in communications, fundraising and community development. She spent several years in Southeast Asia and New York City before finally settling in Montreal.
Mathieu Allard

Born in the heart of the beautiful Eastern Townships at Hôpital St-Vincent-de-Paul, Mathieu grew up to be a fine young man, who ended up studying Industrial Engineering at École Polytechnique de Montréal. Mathieu is a Manager in the Technology Growth Platform – SAP Consulting group at Accenture based out of the Montreal office, cumulating 5 years of SAP consulting experience, specifically in the SAP Supply Chain Management area. He has worked for international clients in the mining, pharmaceutical and telecommunication industries and has experience in all phases of an ERP implementation project. Mathieu expect the HEC Montreal MBA Program’s demanding quantitative curriculum to stretch his capacity and help him bring a certain level of balance to his career pursuits. He strongly believes that, combined with his past realizations, this learning experience will provide him with the right skills and knowledge to pursue short-and long-term goals in the consulting world and even take advantage of potential new ventures in other areas.
Alfred Dimitri

Alfred Dimitri was born in Egypt and grew up in Montreal. He obtained his B.Eng. in computer engineering from Concordia University in 2005. He has spent six years in the IT industry, mainly in networking, working as a support engineer, support manager, deployment and software project manager, and finally as an academic teacher for the DEP in IT support program both downtown and in Repentigny. Alfred is looking to combine his versatility with the knowledge acquired in the MBA to pursue greater ambitions.
Javier Guerra

Born and raised in Mexico City, Javier started working with computers at an early age leading him to study a BSc in Computer Software Engineering. He has worked in sales, training, and consulting for more than 8 years in companies like Oracle, Red Hat and Quest Software. In August 2011 Javier embarks on a new journey: Study an MBA abroad at HEC Montréal in Canada.
